Book Relase: Maanush – Un Chinha – Aapa Chinha
In 2008. Haku Shah embarked on a journey to put down the many hued experiences of his life and philosophy – his art, design, writings, research and his lifelong commitment and passion to folk and tribal art. The process took him nearly a year, through conversations and discussions with writer Piyush Daiya who stayed with Hakubhai and his wife Vilu through this time in Ahmedabad. The journey culminated in this book. The book ‘”Maanush” – Un Chinha – Aapa Chinha’ in Hindi, was published by Rajkamal Prakashan. The book-release event involved a conversation between Shri Ashok Vajpayee, Dr. Rajmohan Gandhi and Shri Haku Shah.
