CMAC has been creatively documenting (through film, print and advocacy programs) as well as building capacities in the National response to addressing women's vulnerability to HIV in India. The “CHARCA” project is a joint partnership between government, NGO's, donors, and the UN System (ILO, UNDP, UNESCO, UNFPA, UNICEF, UNIFEM, UNODC, WHO and UNAIDS). It seeks to address the feminization of HIV and move towards the empowerment of women.
