In an era of globalisation, where cultures
are merging and society is becoming a large melting pot with multiple flavours the issue of the diaspora stands out in itself. Added to this the Indian diaspora today constitutes an important, and in some respects unique, force in world culture and therefore augments more understanding. Parthiv Shah's image-text exhibition- “Figures, Facts, Feelings - A Direct Diasporic Dialogue” is an effort in meeting this objective.
